The design challenge was to showcase the versatility of the Garamond family while creating a cohesive visual narrative. The concept pairs Garamond with Dickinson due to their shared elegance, timelessness, and connection to handwriting. The book demonstrates the typeface across varying weights, sizes, and paragraph styles. AI-generated imagery, edited to resemble engravings, references Garamond’s background while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. Printed on textured paper and bound by hand, the final piece highlights Garamond’s versatility through a unified typographic system.
